DIY Homemade Cupcakes with Raspberries Buttercream
Making the beautiful and pink cupcakes with raspberries buttercream that make your cupcakes yummy.
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 bar un-salted butter
- 2 tablespoon milk
- a pinch salt
- a pinch of baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 Stick of unsalted buttercream
- 1 pound box of confectioners sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- ½ cup raspberry
Firstly, take the un-salted butter and one cup of sugar. Then, cream them together until it's nice, fluffy and creamy smooth with a little bit loud.
After the sugar and the butter are nice and creamy, now, add the 2 eggs and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract. If you really want yummy vanilla cupcakes, so you want to make sure that you give them a nice amount of vanilla. Now, you are getting the butter, sugar, and eggs with nice and fluffy mixture. Use the spatula from the bottom to up, just scrape it down to get the all incorporated.
Then, add the flour, baking powder and the salt. Make sure that you pour the salt very little. Mix them with low speed and pour the milk slowly into the batter to get smooth liquid batter.
After the batter is incorporated. Now, you are going to pre-heat to 350 degrees F. Prepare about 12 cupcakes and it's better to use the ice cream scooper to fill them because it works perfectly every time. Then, fill it in average. Put these in the oven for about 20-15 minutes. For about 20 minutes, take a toothpick and insert it in the middle if it comes out clean. Make sure you didn't over fill the liners so when they rise, they are perfectly with the top of the cupcake liner. Let's put them in the oven.
When the cupcakes came out of the oven after 20 minutes, let them cool for 45 minutes to avoid the frosting melted.
Now, going to cover the cupcakes with the frosting. Starting to go around in the edge and just build it.
After the all of cupcakes covered with raspberries buttercream. Then, put the raspberries on the top of the cupcakes.
