- 1 parchment paper
- 1 Mickey Mouse template

The first step, cream the sugar and the butter together. Add just the white eggs and do the egg a little bit yolk dance. Then, mix it together until it is going to be kind weird and separated. Throw the flour in and mix that up, it will be more perfect.
After all mixed together, let's put some in our other two bowls to separate one red and one black. Leave a little bit batter for make the plain for his facial features. Do the pretty much equal parts for the plain and the black and then just a little bit more in the red. Grab the red coloring and color away, red always take tons and so does black. After the red looks so good, let's set this aside, then make the black. When it come out great, do it just three big scoops.
After all the colors mixed together, then bag them up, to use couplers on these so that you can do a little bit of the detail and fill-in with a little bit bigger tip while the bagged these up, it's a better way to take the 9" spring pan in order to the color do not run all over the place.
Take the Mickey Mouse template, take some the parchment paper and cut out a circle, tape the template to the pan. Make the black outlining of the Mickey Mouse then fill that in, then take a toothpick and make sure there's no gaps or anything in any of the black, smooth it out. After the outlining finish, then take the red to color the Mickey Mouse tongue. Do the plain batter for his face. Cover up some of the lines because what is on the bottom is going to show on the top, once again, take the toothpick and make sure that there are no gaps.
The last step, fill the red around the Mickey Mouse. When you have it all outlined, take the tape off, then you actually take out the template. So, the template can not throw in the oven when it burns up. Then, fill in the rest with one more toothpick, fill in any gaps.
Separate the 6 eggs yolk in the big bowl, mix the eggs whites until their little bit foamy, add the cream tartare and the salt, wipe it until getting stiff peaks
beat the eggs yolks until they turn like this pale yellow. It will take a little bit for five minutes or more. So, just keep on mixing until getting the beautiful pale yellow. Then, add the sugar, let's start the mixer and dump in the sugar and now you have to add the water. Fold the flour, mix it then add the eggs whites. To make a lemon meringue pie, let's the rest
Take the nice mickey which you décor before in the pan. Then, put the pan right back on the top. Pour the batter right on top of cute Mickey face. Now, it wants a little bit to pounce just to even it out and get all the air bubbles out.
Let's start bake in the oven at 325 for 20-15 minutes and let it cool for 10 minutes. After the cake cool, drum roll, then put it on the tray. Next, start peeling the back the parchment paper slowly to do it so nothing comes up.
Give the ice frosting around the outside of the cake, then give some mini chocolate chips and a little bit stick it. Take the paper towel to clean off the edge of the cake.
Now, take some of the mini chocolate chips, and squish in whatever you want. You can do little sprinkles or nuts or whatever you want to do. Then, spread the chocolate chips and make it look that much better on the outside.
